All texts in this volume are part of an attempt to investigate and register the conditions under which various issues of social deregulation and democracy are put forward today, within the new global context. Thus, it is argued that the existing deregulation procedure not only undermines social value as a historic consolidation of the conditions reassuring labour, but also democratic principles, to the extent that constructive values of liberty and equality are set aside, as part of the consensus in a political body.
