"It was the month of August, the most beautiful August of the century. The moon silvered the strange journey which was very much like a fairy-tale. But it was not a fairy-tale." This journey started a long time ago. It goes back to the time when the small marble boy, the statue, left Asia Minor, its homeland, as a refugee and was housed in the Athens Archaeological Museum. Since then, it had always been cold because of its incurable longing for its homeland on the opposite side of the Aegean. Things change though, when he meets two soul mates, Mrs Galatia, the cleaning lady at the Museum, and small Lambi, the son of the night-watchman...
