Writers usually transfer in their texts an experience of the past enriching it with historical or imaginary elements. Here we watch the hero of the story attempting to adjust reality into his own texts. He has published a book about a night cruise of three men, him and his two best friends. At the end of the story they disembark to an island which floats between reality and its literary representation. They balance between present and past, realism and dream until they realize that the writer aims to distract them from real world through his art. How can someone survive from such stories? While in the sea you are always nearer dreams and it is not easy to rescue yourself at midnight in the middle of nowhere.
