Asonítis, Aléxandros M.

Alexandros M. Assonitis was born in Athens in 1959.
He studied at the School of Law in Athens but did not complete his degree. He translated the work of ancient Greek writers. Patakis Publishers has published his first modern Greek translation of the work The Life of Alexander (Alexandrou Vios) by Psevdokalisthenis and the next three works are to follow: The Speech according to the Christians by Porfirios. Speech of Truth by Kelso and According to the Galileans by Ioulianos.
His first novel, The Consience of Eternity, first published by Delphini Publishers in 1995, established him as one of the most impostant authors of his generetion. After working on it for eight years, his second book,Talking Water came out in March 2002.
